The front desk was very helpful in giving information, they also had a cloak room facility where we could keep our luggage after check-out.
Location of the hotel is very good…its in the heart of the city…and on a street filed with cafés, where u can enjoy the local delicacies. It’s just 2 min walking distance from Bukit Bintang plaza, the shopping hub in KL, known for electronics…its also quite close to PETRONAS tower (only 10 MYR away by taxi) …any part of the city is not more than 15 mins away from here. The monorail is easily accessible through the Bukit Bintang Plaza itself.
Since the hotel does not have an airport transfer facility, its expensive to reach at night in a cab (about 90 MYR). During the day, the bus from the airport to KL Sentral and then the monorail to Bukit Bintang is much cheaper if you are ok with lugging your luggage around.- 14-Nov-2008 Breakfast improves with every visit. The rooms are great value and the location tops. No evening meal available at the Hotel but a street full of food just outside the front door. Close to Chinatown Street Stall area and has a Laundry just across the road. I personally found the staff friendly and capable and I did get Tourist advice when I asked. The only down side that I have found is that some Air Conditioners in the rooms are very noisy - but complain and they fix them or move you if they have a spare room.- 07-Nov-2007 I thought the hotel was not good value for money. It smelled of cigarette smoke, there was frequent noise from adjoining rooms; breakfast was substandard; elevators were slow and tourist material was absent- 02-Nov-2007 |
