 Staff not real good on following up requests, but the hotel is clean and quiet and excellent value for money when you can get the $89 package.- 05-Aug-2008 Speedy check-in and check-out, people in the front desk is friendly and useful. However the housekeeping staff didnt greet us at all. The room is clean. The hotel is in a quiet but convenient location which is around 10-min walking distance to the MTR, and supermarket is around. I will book there next time. - 14-Jul-2008 Very Convenient, reasonable size room. The Hill wasn't as bad as I thought it might be, as the hotel can be entered through the basement level.
