 I had an extremely pleasant stay for 3 nights. The staff were very polite and helpful, excellent. The breakfast was good enough and the hotel location perfect for my needs. Great access to the West End and transport links to everywhere, even stunning views over Hyde Park and beyond.
My only criticism is of the price of drinks in the bar and restaurant, but then there is a good pub within 50mts and a mini market next door for normally priced supplies. Hotel 5 out of 5 otherwise.- 05-Feb-2008 The location of the hotel is good but the rooms are quite run-down and shabby. Wallpaper was peeling and the carpet was very stained. We did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door at 8.30 am on Sunday morning to make-up the room.- 20-Oct-2007 |
