The Eden Plaza is a clean and tidy hotel in a great location, very close to Hyde Park and many of the major museums. It was reasonably priced for the service it offered. One of the problems there is that they don't really over you the service to watch your luggage after check-out when you want to leave it at the hotel until later. Well, you can leave it at the hotel but that is completely at your own risk. I definitely prefer it when the staff hands out a number and puts the luggage in a locked room and takes responsibility for your luggage. You just feel much safer about your luggage.- 16-Apr-2007 The Eden plaza Hotel was stated as a three star hotel. However the Hotel was not what I would personally class as a three star hotel. The reception was miss guiding as this was the only great feature. My room was very scruffy is the only word to describe it. The shower was the slowest running shower ever and delayed myself getting ready as the water was to slow to wash off any soap. All in all the hotel was scruffy throughout with the exception of the reception and dinning area. Personally not recommended. - 21-Nov-2006 the hotel was very "well worn". we shared our bed with some very dubious looking bugs! also the hotel was advertised with parking, this was on the road, pot luck if you could find a space. when i phoned the hotel directly the gentleman i spoke to was not very helpful.- 23-Oct-2006 |
