 I am glad I was not paying full rate, there was a notice in the foyer stating the hotel was undergoing a £3m refit and in my opinion it needs to be soon. The furnature and fittings are of good quality and the food was good although a self toaster at the breakfast buffet would help.
Of the small anoyances were a bulb missing from the table lamp, the tv remote did not work and the doors on the very tall wardrobe did not fit well. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and efficient.- 17-Jul-2008 The hotel is being refurbished, so don't go for a quiet relaxing visit. - 20-Nov-2007 Maybe the hotel would require some renovation.
