 The hotel is ideally located for seeing Manhattan. - 01-Apr-2008 when arriving to the hotel the service was very sharp, we were told to come back at a later time as the room was not ready. The downstairs toilets we used were a mess. One of the toilets in the ladies room had no door, the other no toilet roll and the 3rd toilet was flooded. the lady at the front desk didnt tell us what floor our room was on so we had to check numerous floors to find it (13th floor) and when we did the key didnt work. once we finally got into the room, the room was so small you could hardly swing a cat in it! it was so warm and the windows wouldnt stay open, they kept fallin shut again.The water had to be running for at least half an hour before it heated up to take a shower in the morning..The only thing positive about the hotel is that it is in a really good position and if you arent fussy about the minor details then this is the hotel for you. - 27-Mar-2008 Standard hotel, price was very high even though i booked last minute. Breakfast not included in the high price so you could have gotten a better hotel for the price of the hotel.
