A very good hotel in a great location, the rooms are of a high standard & breakfast has something for everyone. Staff are friendly, helpfull & all speak good english. I recommend this hotel, it is good valve for money

The only issue we had with the Mark is that the breakfast facilities can be overloaded when the hotel is full. This is a relatively trivial issue though and the cleanliness, location and pricing make this a great hotel for anyone visiting Berlin. The Diekmann restaurant just across the road is a terrific place for dinner too!

The Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. They had no problems with us speaking English, and their attitude towards children were fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists, as it is far enough out of the centre to find easily by car, but close enough to go sightseeing. Lots of public transport available nearby. I thoroughly recommend anyone who wishes to stay in Berlin, to try the Berlin Mark Hotel. And to top it all off, excellent value for money.
